Hello! I’m Renatta Pruneda, and my life has been a runway long before TikToks existed.
Act 1: Queens and Splendor (1989 - 2006)
My journey began with the sparkle of crowns (yes, it all started back with Miss Puebla!). My love for couture quickly escalated: from dressing Miss Universe (Hello, Lupita Jones!) to rubbing shoulders with the diplomatic world and dressing a First Lady. For years, my name was synonymous with gala events, elegance at Palacio de Hierro, and that unique savoir-faire that only hand-sewn haute couture achieves. It was the era of pure splendor.
The Intermission: Berlin, Love, and the Reboot (2006 - 2011)
Just when everyone thought they had seen it all, I decided I needed a plot twist... fueled by love! I met my husband online, and a wedding in Germany was my next big production. Moving here and becoming a mother to my two wonderful daughters (now 18 and 17) gave me an entirely new perspective. I learned that deconstructing mental structures is just as vital as deconstructing a pattern, adopting the motto: 'flexibility is happiness.' This pause, which began with digital sparks, became my personal and creative metamorphosis.
Act 2: From Architecture to Sculptural Design (Today)
I returned to the atelier with a new obsession, deeply inspired by the very air of Europe. The architectural richness, the different stages of its history, and the omnipresent culture ignited my drive once more. Now, I don't just design dresses; I design sculptural armor that reflects this grand vision. My creations are bold, possess deep structure, and, yes, some are crafted under the banner of sustainability, using diferent kinds of material .
